Yoga for runners

Welcome! This page has been created especially for the runners who joined me for the Halstead Road Runners yoga session. Running places unique demands on the body and these yoga classes are designed to support you between runs, improving mobility, speeding up recovery and helping you stay strong, supple and injury-free.
