Subscriptions to Pilates and Yoga with Jade are paid on the first of each calendar month. Payment is made by Direct Debit through GoCardless. You will be notified of any changes in subscription fees one month prior to any changes being made.
Your log in to the Members Area is unique to you and should not be shared with any third party.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, one months notice in writing must be provided to pilatesandyogawithjade@gmail.com
Classes are subject to change depending on demand. In the unexpected event of sickness or internet connectivity issues, live classes will be replaced with pre-recorded workouts. You will be notified of any changes. Refunds will not be given.
