Do I need equipment for classes?

Equipment is not always needed for classes. There are some classes that do require props, such us pillows, bricks and straps. There are also booty bands and pilates balls available for sale directly from me.

I’m a beginner, will I be able to do the classes?

All classes are suitable for mixed abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student there will be options throughout each class to ensure that you get a challenging, but achievable practice.

There is also a specific pre recorded section for “Beginners Yoga” and “Beginners Pilates”.

Can I join in if I’m pregnant?

There is a specific section, “Movement with Bump and Baby”. This is designed to keep you mobile throughout pregnancy and into early motherhood.

How long are the classes?

All live classes will be 45 minutes. Pre-recorded practices will vary between 15 and 45 minutes.

How do I pay?

Monthly subscriptions payments are made through GoCardless. Use the link below to sign up or go to the subscription page. Payments are made on the 1st of the month.

What if I want to cancel?

To cancel your subscription simply send an email letting me know that you would like payments to stop. I will need a months notice for this to ensure there is time to get the cancellation processed.

Do I have to pay monthly?

If you would like to pay per live class this is possible, they are £5 per practice. Once payment has been received, you will be sent the Zoom code for that session.

How long will pre-recorded workouts be available?

Once pre-recorded workouts are available on the members area they will not be removed. Which means, once you have access to the members area, you will be able to view content from previous months.
