~Live Classes ~
All online live classes are recorded and saved, available to do on replay the same day. Live classes are 45minutes.
Monday 9:30am, Cardio Pilates
Wednesday 9:30am, Mat Pilates
Wednesday 6:30pm, Yoga
Thursday 7:15am, Morning Yoga Flow
Thursday 6:30pm, Pilates with Equipment
The ‘Pilates with equipment’ class will alternate as follows: Ball / Band / Dumbbell / Magic Circle
*Classes are subject to change depending on demand. In the unexpected event of sickness live classes will be replaced with pre-recorded workouts. You will be notified of any changes.
~ Pre Recorded Practices ~
Every Sunday, 2 new pre-recorded classes are added.
These vary each week between Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, Barre, HIIT & Equipment classes. These range between 10-25mins. There are currently over 150 short videos for you to choose from.
~ Weekly Workout Schedule ~
To help give you some structure to follow, every Sunday evening the weekly workout updates, providing you with a suggested plan to follow that coming week.
~ Pilates & Yoga for Pregnancy & Beyond ~
This special area is designed to help keep you mobile, not only throughout your pregnancy but also in the early stages of motherhood, brought to you by Lou & Debby.
~ Recipe Section ~
Five new vegan recipes are added to the members area every month created by Gina. There are currently over 70 recipes available.
