Here I offer a sanctuary where you can join me for live online classes, or take time out to step onto your mat for pre-recorded practices whenever, wherever you choose.

On this platform you will find a variety of classes such as; Cardio, Pilates Strength, Yoga Flow, Meditation, Barre, Booty Bands & more… So whether you are looking to get sweaty, strengthen & sculpt, or find some chill, then we have you covered.

I am so passionate about the importance of looking after yourself physically and mentally. You deserve to take time for you, I look forward to seeing you on the mat.

Membership Benefits…

LIVE ONLINE WEEKLY CLASSES*…

All online classes are recorded and saved for you to do anytime. Live classes are 45minutes.

Monday 9:30am Cardio Pilates, Wednesday 9:30am Mat Pilates, Wednesday 6:30pm Yoga, Thursday 7:15am Yoga, Thursday 6:30pm Pilates with Equipment

*Classes are subject to change depending on demand. In the unexpected event of sickness live classes will be replaced with pre-recorded workouts. You will be notified of any changes.


PRE-RECORDED CLASSES…

Each week there will be at least 2 new 15 – 30 minute pre-recorded classes added. These will vary each week between Barre, HIIT, Equipment and Traditional Flows. They are all saved, currently we have over 150 short videos for you to choose from.

MONTHLY PLANS…

A new plan is created every month. Plans are saved on the members area for you follow anytime you choose. For January we have the Month of Movement, which is a 31 day plan.

LIVE IN PERSON CLASSES…

Both live classes are in village halls, however, if weather permits both locations have outside space available for the class.

RECIPE SECTION…

5 new vegan recipes are added to the members area every month.


MOVEMENT WITH BUMP & BABY…

I am really excited to be working with Debby Hunnaball to offer a new section on the membership platform. Movement with Bump and Baby is designed to help keep you mobile, not only throughout your pregnancy but also in the early stages of motherhood.

This new programme will initially include; 5 30 minute sessions.

2 x movement with bump, 2 x movement for new mummy and 1 x movement with baby.

Depending on usage, there will be the possibility to add more pre recorded videos to this section.
