As the winter evening draws in, join me at Hedingham Castle for a brand-new Twilight Retreat – an evening of movement, candlelight and deep relaxation.
Perfect if you work during the day or simply fancy a little midwinter escape, this is two hours to leave the busy-ness of the day behind and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin upstairs with a Pilates & Yoga Fusion, blending mindful Pilates movements with flowing yoga and breathwork to release tension and leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
Then we’ll head down into the atmospheric basement for a candlelit gong bath, where you can completely switch off and surrender to an hour of deep rest and soothing sound.
Come straight from work, leave the outside world at the door and give yourself permission to pause.
This evening is for you if:

PILATES & YOGA FUSION
A beautiful blend of Pilates and yoga designed to help you release the physical tension of the day.
Expect mindful movement, flowing sequences, gentle strength work and breath-led movement – leaving you feeling stretched, grounded and ready to relax.
CANDLELIT GONG BATH
We’ll finish our evening in the atmospheric basement of Hedingham Castle, surrounded by candlelight and sound.
Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow the vibrations of the gong to wash over you. There’s nothing to do and nowhere else to be – just an hour to completely switch off and rest.
