  • 3:00pm – Arrival & welcome refreshments
  • 4:30pm-6:00pm – Grounding pilates stretch & opening circle
  • 7:00pm – Seasonal supper
  • 8:30pm – Fire pit meditation & intention setting beneath the stars

Saturday 18 April

  • 8:00am – Morning vinyasa flow to awaken body & mind
  • 9:30am – Wholesome breakfast
  • 10:30am – Contrast Therapy introduction with Jamie 
  • 1:00pm – Nourishing lunch
  • 4:00pm – Afternoon yoga (slow flow +restorative release)
  • 6:00pm – Dinner
  • 7:30pm – Sound journey & meditation by the log burner

Sunday 19 April

  • 8:30am – Gentle yoga awakening
  • 9:30am – Breakfast
  • 11:00am – Coastal walk & fresh sea air
  • 1:00pm – Lunch & farewell circle
  • 3:00pm – Departure with renewed energy
