Manchester Day Retreat, 2026
We’re heading back up North and would love for you to join us for our Manchester Day Retreat.
This year, we return to the beautiful Space at the Mill, a large, light-filled, plant-rich loft studio with a calm, nurturing energy you can feel the moment you arrive
We invite you to relax and rejuvenate with us, stepping away from the hustle and bustle to rest, reset and reconnect.
The day will be a nourishing blend of movement, sound, creativity and rest, thoughtfully designed to help you feel grounded, inspired, and deeply supported. We’ll move together, soften into a calming sound journey, explore creativity through a guided art workshop and gather over a delicious, nourishing lunch.
At the heart of the day is community: a welcoming space to connect, share and simply be, no expectations, no judgement, just real moments with like-minded souls.
We start our day with a Pilates Reset class, which will help to realign the physical body & allow you to feel more centred – to carry you forward into your retreat day. ✨
A Movement Meditation yoga will follow – which will mindfully unite your body, breath & mind as one – heightening your feeling of ‘coming home’. 🧘
After lunch, we will immerse ourself’s in the creative process of painting, in our ‘natter & splatter’ workshop, led virtually by Phillipa Gunn.
Painting is a meditative process that can help quiet the mind, it isn’t about finishing a masterpiece, but the experience of painting itself.🎨
We close off the day with a relaxing yoga class, to release any stress or tension in the body, finishing with a gorgeous sound journey – where healing vibrations & sensations, will weave their magic over you & through you, to leave you in a state of bliss.

This event is subject to a minimum of 10 bookings. In the unlikely event that this minimum is not met, the retreat will not run and all payments will be fully refunded.
Tickets are non-refundable for any other reason and cannot be transferred to another event.
