I’m a beginner, will I be able to do the classes?
All classes are suitable for mixed abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student there will be options throughout each class to ensure that you get a challenging, but achievable practice.
There is also a specific pre recorded section for “Beginners Yoga” and “Beginners Pilates”.
What does the free trial involve?
To set up a free 7 day trial, all that is required is your email address. You will then be sent a membership log in, so that you can access the members area, explore the content and see what you think.
Once the trial expires, I will email to let you know and invite you to join our community.
How do I pay?

Monthly subscriptions payments are made through GoCardless. Please use the link below to sign up. Payments are made on/around the 1st of the month.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
We’ll be sorry to see you go!
To cancel your subscription, simply send an email letting me know that you would like payments to stop. I will need at least 2 weeks notice, to ensure there is time to get the cancellation processed.

Can I join in if I’m pregnant?
There is a specific section, “Pilates & Yoga for Pregnancy & beyond’. This is designed to keep you mobile throughout pregnancy and into early motherhood.
