What is a Kosha? Kosha is a Sanskrit word known as layer ~ it is used in yoga to describe the different layers of our beings. Think like an onion, we start at the outer layer, our physical body and peel back the layers to explore deeper into our true self.

 Our Yoga journey usually starts with our physical postures and our breath work, but during this plan, I would love for you to explore deeper into the mind, soul & spirit. 

Understanding the Koshas can help with our overall wellbeing and allow us to get closer towards the ultimate aim of yoga, being consciously conscious.
