This plan will launch on July 3rd and every week, for six weeks you will find a 30 minute mat Pilates on Sundays, a 15 minute Core Workout on Tuesdays, a 10 minute Booty Burn on Thursdays and a 20 minute Yoga Stretch on Saturdays.
