The ‘Pilates with equipment’ class will alternate as follows: Ball / Band / Dumbbell / Magic Circle
If, in the unfortunate event of internet connectivity issues classes cannot go ahead, these will not be rescheduled. However, I will do as much as I can to prevent this.
