On this platform you will find a variety of classes such as; Cardio Pilates, Pilates Strength, Hatha Yoga Flow, Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Booty Bands and more…

PRE-RECORDED CLASSES…
  • Each week there will be at least 2 new 15 – 45 minute pre recorded classes.
  • Themed monthly plans;
    • January – 14 day Yoga Journey.
    • February – 10 day Pilates Plan.
    • March – Spring Stretches.
    • April – Energy Alignment.

*Classes are subject to change depending on demand. In the unexpected event of sickness live classes will be replaced with pre-recorded workouts. You will be notified of any changes.
