Tuscany Retreat..

I would be honoured to share this special retreat with you as we Release the old and invite the new.
Each season holds a particular energy and as we arrive into autumn in the UK, it sees us moving deeper into a quieter, more contemplative state. 

Join me for a 3 night Yoga & Pilates Retreat in the stunning location Set in this historical Tuscan Villa, set amongst vineyards, olive groves and idyllic Tuscany hills.

I invite you to ‘get grounded’ as we transition into autumn together ~ let us spend a weekend bringing back a sense of balance as we take time to calm & stabilise. 

We will bring that earth element into our yoga practice ~ think strength, stability and stillness, feeling the ground beneath us and putting down roots. 

This is the perfect weekend to reconnect with nature and allow ourselves a comfortable, smooth transition from summer into autumn.

This retreat package includes:

  • Return Flights, approx 2 hours
  • 3 nights twin accommodation
  • Full board 
  • Return airport transfers
  • ATOL & ABTOT protected package

An idea of our schedule:

  • Arrival day, Saturday 30th September:
    • 5:30pm Welcome Circle & Gentle Yoga
    • 7:30pm welcome dinner.
  • Sunday & Monday:
    • 8am Morning Pilates flow.
    • Breakfast.
    • Free time to use facilities or find a quiet space to get lost in a book.
    • Lunch.
    • 3pm Yoga Workshop (Monday only)
    • 5:30pm Restorative yoga and guided meditation.
    • 7:30pm dinner.
  • Final day, Tuesday 3rd October:
    • 8am Closing Circle & Gentle Yoga
    • Breakfast

Price: £650 per person Twin sharing Room
