I would love for you to join me for a 3 night Pilates and Yoga retreat, in the rural and peaceful Shropshire countryside.
What better way to step out of Winter & celebrate the Spring Equinox, than by taking a few days away surrounded by like minded people, sharing movement & meditation, allowing ourselves to open up, share the magic that we will create and leave us feeling energised & alive ready to step into Spring.
All rooms are based on a twin sharing basis within self contained Cottages. You will have full access to all the spa facilties throughout your stay including indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, rain shower and relaxation area. Spa treatments are also available but will need to be pre-booked. Our Pilates & Yoga sessions will be held in the airy and light studio located next door to the spa.
This Retreat is full board (not including drinks) throughout, based on freshly cooked vegan based recipes from the wonderful Gina.
An idea of our schedule:
- Friday 17th March:
- 6pm Welcome Circle & Gentle Yoga
- 7:30pm welcome dinner.
- Saturday 18th March:
- 8am Morning Pilates flow.
- Optional walk around Hawkstone Park
- 5:30pm Restorative yoga and guided meditation.
- 7:30pm dinner.
- Sunday 19th March:
- 9am Morning Pilates Flow.
- Free time to use facilities & explore area or find a quiet space to get lost in a book.
- 3pm Yoga Workshop
- 6pm Restorative Yoga and sound bath
- 7pm Dinner
- Monday 20th March:
- 8am Closing Yoga Circle
- 9:30am Breakfast
